Made donation, no rank recieved (premium)

I made the donation about 24hrs ago for the premium rank, and still have not received the rank. I have receipt and confirmation # in my email.

 

Close your minecraft and possibly unlog and relog your account if you havn't already, boot it back up and check.

 

Nope, still no rank change..

Unfortunately, without the picture of the receipt, there is no way to verify the transaction as the buycraft transaction didn't seem to go through.

 

Theres a confirmation number for a reason , look up the numbers there you go. If i must ill post a pic, its just an inconvenience and work I shouldn't have to do . The conformation numbers are unique, you pull that up it will surly show my in game username as well and rl info. And it all went thru, I can pull bank statements to prove transactions were processed

I need an email addy to send this receipt to, its on my phone and im not loading it to photobucket to much crap. Just give me an admin email and ill forward my receipt. Its also been two days now... getting old if we cant resolve this today maybe I should just get refunded. And if donation is going to be this big of a problem I think im done.

You're obviously not getting your rank because you aren't showing a screenshot of your receipt. It's extremely easy to take a screenshot. Idk how on a mac, but if you're on windows hold down the 'PrtScr' button, it will past it to your clipboard. Use paint or imgur to convert it to a file and paste it here.
You can use Gyazo on either system, and it takes a full screenshot.

Some people wait months - consider yourself lucky.

 

Enough is enough! I want my damn rank now! If not taking care of in the next hour, I'm reporting to my bank and disputing the charge. thats 12:15 pm EST.

No need to slander if you don't know the situation. He provided a receipt however we received no payment. Nothing we can do.
