Looking for experienced builder for a build in my town

Hello!

I am looking for a builder to do a job in Gotham in Alpha. I would like it too be like this:



It is most likely going to be a one plot build as of right now. The material for this building is up for debate but the design is not. I am looking for someone with a little bit experience and proof that they can handle it. Please either reply on here, message me on website, or if I am in game message me there. I may try to turn this into a 4 plot job but as of right now it is a one plot. Payment is up for discussion.

I'll be willing to do this. I'd ask for 200k if you provide the materials, and it depends what height the building goes to.
