When you were banned: July 24th 2013

Why were you banned? "I was no longer welcome at Meepcraft" According to the ban.

Why we should consider your appeal: I was banned two years ago during the transfer over to Meep-network and was considered a threat to CG and his posse, so I was banned from the forums.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I had to use a private browser because the forums had saved my info and would not allow me to log out of the banned account.

 

Considering I probably banned him, or discouraged him (probably discouraged)

He was not punished for being a threat to CG and his posse, as all bans from MeepNetworks had been ended. Any ban after that were from his (your) actions.

The most likely scenario was he proceeded to act like Saiyer, Sarahdisme, and others. during those times, thus resulting in a ban or a discouragement that I applied to all those accounts. (Modern day offense closely reflecting their past actions: Toxicity)

I believe his content, if not hard deleted, would be in discussions - Archive.

Posting on behalf of Kloudwolf: I do not appreciate making assumptions on my actions without proof. If any proof as such exists to the nature of my ban being anything but clearing the way for CG's ascension feel free to post it, and I will present my case as to the meaning and motive of my actions.

 

Are you dumb? All bans from MN were undone, it's not possible for you to have a ban resulting from ANYTHING CG-wise. We left MeepNetworks, to an entirely new server, new forums, new everything. Bans don't carry over. You got banned for SOMETHING else you did HERE.

I would suspect your evidence lies in our archives folder, in the discussion archives. I would check June 2014ish, right after we left MN. You would be part of the group (also discouraged and banned away by me) which contained:

I banned all of you guys for the toxic posts that were being left on forums RIGHT about the time you are referencing.

 

Kloudwolf: I do not appreciate how hostile you are acting towards me. Insulting my intelligence and saying I am guilty for a crime for which you have no proof of is very unprofessional.

 

It seems that your last forums activity is on August 9th, 2013, where you posted what was then considered inappropriate language on a demotion request for reggles44, then stated that there was "no hope for you guys" and that you'd go back to BF3.

 

Kloudwolf: I remember that vaguely. That was during the MeepNetworks era when the treatment of mods and regular staff was becoming ridiculous. I got a little hot under the collar and said things I did not mean, but my words reflected a situation in which a server was in at the time which was quickly approaching critical mass. It was only a few months later MeepNetworks was disbanded and we moved to this server.

 

From Deinen:

MeepNetworks Era was April 14th, 2013 to July 9th 2013. Any bans accrued during April 14th - July 9th were reversed by an act of moving physical servers, domains, hosts, everything. There is literally no way your ban carried over from MeepNetworks, there is no way your ban has _anything_ to do with MeepNetworks. The ban 99% has to do with you logging in after we left MeepNetworks, and began posting toxic content on the forums.

 

Here's the way I see it. Deinen is correct that the ban was actually for the level of toxicity you created here on the forums (I read the post you made that resulted in a ban from Deinen). Whether it be a misunderstanding on your part or not, Kloud, I do believe this is long since over. I believe that you have shown yourself on the server to be a positive player and aspect to the server. I would like to unban you, but I will not hesitate to reinstate this if I find that I made a mistake.

I will have to ask an admin to review it again on top of my decision (in the event I was not thorough in my investigation), as well as unban you, as they only have the permissions to do so.
