Why we should consider your appeal: I Owned the Outpost before a player made the mistake to build a town near my outpost.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I have owned this particular outpost for a couple of months now and a player recently created a town therey. I accidentally unclaimed the home part of my Outpost yesterday so I unclaimed all my plots there and claimed them again in that same day.

That player is in the wrong for not checking around the area to see if there is an outpost near by.

PS. I do not mind waiting 2 days until the ban is finished, because I have been bombarded with assessments, but I should not have my outpost and plots taken away due to someone else creating a town after my outpost and plots were there.

 

Also a player mentioned to me about a Hawk eye tool or something along the lines of that. To check that my Outpost was there before the town.

 

Hello, from what I can gather on the situation is this:

We did recognize that you simply tried to unclaim/reclaim them, however Reggles44 explained that this is what ultimately the issue was, you did indeed unclaim them. You also claimed more plots than you unclaimed, so I suspect this explanation isn't quite indicative of the full picture. Additionally, you were given a 48 hour notice to fix this, at which point you refused.

 

Notice from who? I got on the next day and it popped up that I was banned. But I did previously have all those plots inside the build when I first done it. I see were you are coming from but even with just the outpost home itself he was not able to build into my building so I only have the plots inside the building. There was no harm that I know. I would at least like the home outpost kept. As I said I was not given a 48 hour warning and or I never received it.
