Why we should consider your appeal: you should consider repealing because the property did not say anything about who owns this land it is like a tree in the wild If there was any sign or anything that said no greifing at the old spawn a would of listen to those rules and i miss my town I have only been playing for about a year our so. my best freind bob misses me. I will do anything to get back my town only has a few weeks to live. if i can not get back on please give the town bob2968000 if he is not banned please tell him i miss him. the town is called hammond.Please i miss meepcraft i vote when ever i can. It is my number 1 sever.

Hi austin, I don't understand how you could have "learned a lesson" if you're still denying that what you did was illegal. You somehow got into a restricted area and took a bunch of items. The reason why this was illegal is because it was an old spawn, which is really valuable; destroying it in any form is illegal. If anything, you should have filed a /modreq asking what it was and if it was okay to destroy. Does that make sense?

This is the story, when the new spawn was added we logged off in old spawn, and we log back on and were, well at that 2012 spawn... I am unsure how that works, but ya it happened. I thought maybe it was left for loot knowing that you could do anything there, there were no restriction signs so we just thought well, finders keepers and we are just staring at this giant gold thingy. All that came to my mind was MONEY!! $$$!! MILLIONS OF MEEBLES!!! so we got at it, mine and cash it in. My friend had told me it was ok to mine it, I didn't know if he had even asked anyone, but I trusted him on that It was ok to loot. I was just thinking money and I didn't even think of asking someone who would know. And also from build and break being on we inferred that it was left for looting. I learned something since well, meep was probably the best server I had played on in the last few months and nothing could match it and I did something stupid without even knowing for sure if it was ok to do or not... and well I just am bored anymore without this server. and that's all I can really say.

 

1st off, Soon as you logged on after so long, it would have taken you to tutorial and not to the old spawn, I find this hard to believe.

 

Ok then,explain your view of how we got to spawn

 

We just won't accept your appeal if you can't take this seriously.

 

XChaosZeroX well sometimes things malfunction, and your theory is incorrect I didn't end up in tutorial, I ended up there, and if you don't believe me then you don't but I'm not lieing.

 

This appeal is Denied.

We don't feel you have learned from this, Things do not just malfunction, if you logged in after that long it would have taken you to the new spawn not the old one.

Appeal in 2 weeks and no sooner
