It won't read that i have VIP already when I tried to upgrade my rank

When I asked someone to upgrade my rank they looked and it was saying that it was a 20$ upgrade when i already have VIP and i was trying to upgrade to Premium.

I then looked for my self and its saying that i haven't got VIP when i do...

please help

This is strange. The way you have said this, I find hard to understand, but I think I understand now. So, you are VIP rank ( https://gyazo.com/0941a57b72399087dd07d2edd85a3148 ) and you want to upgrade to Premium. But when you log in to your account to upgrade, it says you are not VIP ( You don't have an offer to upgrade to premium, I think it's 10$ off).

For example :
I am Exclusive rank and when I go to upgrade it says I have money off to upgrade to Elite ( https://gyazo.com/2047676d5bf4d78d543accc92d044bce ) .

However, when I logged into WolvenWarroir's account at http://meepcraft.com/pages/donate/ , when I am looking at the ranks you don't have any money off to upgrade ( https://gyazo.com/d238cdfb12845cb94307f8de8cd5c778 ) .

I think the best thing to do is to contact an admin via /modreq in game. However I will tag an admin too see if they can fix this.

yes, thats exactly what was going on... i was going to pay in meebles then the person that was paying was going to actually buy it from the website.


i also tried to file a /modreq however no-one actually answered.

 

Any Admin can fix that, I had the same problem some months ago. You just have to wait (,I think).

 

In this case Patience is key. It will be sorted as soon as possible.

@reggles44 Would you know how to fix this? The 'Donate' section doesn't recognize WolvenWarrior as having already bought VIP.
