Denied Is was temp banned for 12 hours for no reason....

I was temp banned by Jwarian. The message was /is restart for profit is prohibited. I did /shout And said I was selling dirt in SB. But I was just simply buying it from other people, and delivering it so I made a low profit. I really don't know how other people got it in they're shops, and Im sorry if they did /is restart. But people really shouldn't assume that I'm doing /is restart for profit, cause a lot of other people sell dirt to... I get the dirt from /is warp Ferrodar, and /is warp Pyro949 when Ferrodar is out, because I get a better rate from Ferrodar. Please fix this misunderstanding, thank you Meep, and staff.

5. Regarding new islands.

The act of beginning new islands with the intention of selling the items then /island restart-ing again is prohibited. As well as beginning a new island, to gather the items and transfer them to another party, and proceed to /island restart. Any measures taken to circumvent the idea of having 1 island to begin with and working with that are considered prohibited.

1st: 12 hours 2nd: 1 day 3rd: 3 days

In order for ban appeals to even be considered, you would have needed to be banned for longer than 1 day. In this case you were only banned for 12 hours. So this ban appeal is not even valid. Also, there is a required ban appeal format. For future reference, please refer to the post by Shainthewolfman and follow the proper format. This appeal is denied.
