Accepted IngrimusVCT Ban Appeal (For Macro Use)

Copied and pasted from my original ban appeal.
It's been over a month since my ban, I'm not trying to spam appeals I just was told to wait a month and it's a couple days over now so I hope that's okay.

"IGN (In-Game Name):IngrimusVCT
Date/Time: Jan 14th (I think) I woke up and was banned, so anytime during the night
Reason: Using a Macro to trade for Emeralds
Ban Length: Perm.

Why we should consider your appeal: I did what I did. I used a macro to trade for emeralds.
But aside from the 4ish stacks I DID sell to adminshop to cover expenses for buying hoppers (Due to not being able to mine the ones I had during massive blocklag(Not a good reason I know)) I was just going to use them to make my town pretty. Cause right now it's pretty...ugly.

Again not a good reason as I could take the emeralds and sell them at anytime, etc.

The chestplates and other items I put on vshop were from legit trading (which I did for quite a few days prior to setting up a macro) so I wasn't trying to gain money that way either.

I know my towny data has been stripped, and with it all my money and property; But I want to come back and 100% legit do what I started, make my town pretty and re-join the community.

Newho, I think that with snorehax and deinen being unbanned (deinen most of all, mod spawning in blocks and he's back? <3 ya D but just saying.) I should be given a second chance.

If this is still too soon to try and appeal, please let me know.
If there is no chance of being unbanned (I dont see this but y'never know) please tell me so I wont try again

Some people said this was an attack on Deinen and I sorted that out already. I was in no way attacking him and there's a thread on that in "Discussion" if it's an issue =)

Neways I very much would like to come back but I need to know, was my rank wiped? I'm planning on upping to Ult but I can't tell if it's a sale and my rank is gone or what. Cause my towny data wiped is one thing, but rank? =/

You're not stupid, and that's what I'm counting on, seeing that I just want to make shiny things and /fly.

Goes without saying but as I read it I was like ...huh

Also I'm very possibly going to get Ult if I get back. (not some Oh yea ima get it, let me back in) but I was wondering roughly how long it may take to be unbanned, should this appeal be denied.
I'd like to take advantage of the 15% off, but I need to know.

I like meep but not enough to donate and not get to use it for 3 months xD

 

Hopefully you have learned your lesson.
If we see any other case where u use macro's then the ban won't be appealable.
Unbanned right in time to profit from the sales.
