Denied I'm Confused.

Alright. I just got on and boom. banned.


IGN (In-Game Name): Blyzzrd(Elite) (Not Blyzzrd123(Premium), that is also not an alt, that is my irl friend)

Date/Time: 2/6/2014 @ Approx. 3:30

Reason: It told me that my Credit Card went back on its payments. I have reason to believe that it was due to the fact that my card recently detected its use for fraud in another state. Over $30,000 to be exact. So it might of automatically found recent charges to argue.
Ban Length: It didn't tell me a length or even that it was permanent. Just the fact that I was banned.

Staff Member: Also Didn't tell me, it said something odd in my chat before I was kicked but it was unrelated. (It was like "Your charge to ____ Was successful")

Why we should consider your appeal: If it truly canceled all of the payments made, and the Server didn't get the money it deserves, I am willing to de-rank, or give back all the charges made so that it's a win-win for both parties. I enjoy playing on Meepcraft and had no warning prior to my Ban.

I would also like to know the blanks that it didn't tell me, and I appreciate your time.

Ok you were banned permanently for rank chargeback.

 

But that wasn't my fault. I had no reason to "jip" the Server or take advantage. Like I said, I was having problems of my own with it...Please. Is there anything that can be done? I followed the format, Got to the point, and will take any punishment given.

 

I am pretty sure I was banned as well because of this. If you could, to rehold up your part of the deal could buy my rank upgrade again because I think all ranks you sold were banned,

 

If you pay back the money the server lost then your appeal will be considered.

 

Is there a way I could get an amount? And will the ranks and everything purchased stay? Thank you for understanding.

Oh yeah. If I was willing to pay it in the first place, I am now.

 

It would be nice though if I was able to do it in payment amounts, as I obviously didn't pay all at once in the first place.

 

You will have to pay a $20 fee to be unbanned. That would be $40 for you and fetch, this is a paypal fee that occurs with chargeback. To get your rank back, you'll have to pay that too. So up to whatever rank you are and the rank purchased for fetch. I will attempt to get coelho here for your estimate and paying it back, as he handles most of the donation issues.

 

btw Blyzzrd I don't expect for you to rebuy me a rank, I paid you in game for $20's worth and that is how much it will be according to sirr_pig

 

But my rank was actually paid for, was it not? The only chargeback was on the recent purchases, for other people.

And thank you for,working with me. It was all just a misunderstanding with my credit card company. Is there a way to look up any other recent bans for the same reason? I'm pretty sure my friend Blyzzrd123 got banned as well due to me buying him premium

 

Their is a $20 chargeback fee for all of your ranks so what I mean is that I only expect you to pay the fee to get me unbanned not to rebut me exclusive

 

I recommend you PM Fuzzlr about paying the $20 chargeback fee + the money you charged back to get unbanned.
