    it was just a joke when i said "Hey every one join the best server ever meepcraft.com"
    it got blurred out and i was banned when i wasting joking around

    The ip filter is not something that you play around with. Being that you were currently on the server meepcraft.com, it was totally unnecessary to say that. Instead, maybe you could say 'This is the best server ever'.... no chance of a ban there. Please use more care next time.
