Introduction: Hi, my name is Dylan. I'm a junior in high school and I'm hopefully going to college for Anesthesiology; If i don't do that I'm going to the army. I'm currently unemployed and have loads of time on my hands, which is devoted to Minecraft! I love to make people laugh, and just see people happy. I can be goofy a lot, but I know when it's time to get serious. I joined over a year ago, but was never active. I started actively playing July 22, 2015. I love to help people and to just be there for someone when they need it.

Why should you be Helper? I should be helper because I feel like I would be a great addition to the team and to the server, I love to just be helpful in anyway possible, whether it be to manage hackers and record them, or sort out some pesky players through out the server. I personally have had past experience with being a staff member on other servers, I know my way around many of the popular plugins and tools for staff. The server went inactive due to money problems, the second server I have been staff on was for a year, then went inactive. I would love to get involved with this server and help out it's community.

What are your weaknesses? I'm not very social, i have anxiety when i talk to people. But i try and throw that aside for whomever, i tend to be quiet at times as well.
My stress, My equanimity is not the best, if i get overwhelmed with many things i will start to worry and some-what panic.

Dylan your a great friend, you are nice and funny but maybe a little immature, maybe help more in shout too

 

Being nice and active aren't the only qualities a staff member should have.

• Your application was pretty crappy, especially your why section. Half of it was that you were staff on other servers, nothing about anything here.
• I never see you in global chat, and I really don't see much of you ingame
  
• I've never seen you help or even have a desire to help, I've only seen you goof off with your friends
• Your forums activity is not that good at all, and it's very similar to @Minydragon3's, as I stated on her application and as shown here:

Right now you're not qualified for staff. Once you fix the issues I've mentioned and any other issues, then I believe you could have a shot at being a staff member.

 

Thanks for the feedback guys, just pointing out, you do not know how mature or immature i am, when comes to friends yes i'm a little immature, but when i have a job or anything that's serious, i'm going to act like a mature adult... even at school, because its important as well.. just saying. Will improve ^.^

 

I recommend just leaving it at thank you guys, but it's good to know that you're serious when you need to be, you should've put that in your why section but my vote still stays, and I highly recommend trying to improve.

Also, just a tip, when you're on Teamspeak, don't just talk with your friends! Talk to other people, meet new people and make new friends! That will really help you get helper!

Majestic, in my opinion you are staff material, don't think im saying this because we are friends, im saying it cause I have known you for a couple weeks now and I know what your capable of. You are knowledgeable about the server and even help me out in times where I didn't know somethings.
In my eyes your mature, I know that you sometimes get immature when your with your friends but don't we all?
The only thing I didn't like was the application, I know your capable of more but other than that you can make a great staff member.

Majestic is an amazing person with an even better personality. You're able to take criticism and not even get offended by it unlike many people whom would rage or fight back. I know that you're experienced being a staff member which is great. The only part that concerns me is the application which was not as great as it could have been. I have talked with you many, many times and you're a cool guy. It'd be great to have you a part of the staff team and I wish you luck
