Introduction: I am a very active meep member, i love meep and (most) of the people using it. I'm a very outgoing person, and i love being helpful/productive.

Why should you be Helper? i really enjoy helping people, and i have seen many times where there is no staff on... I'm a pretty active member, and when i was new to meep, there was a lot of confusing things. I want to help people figure things out because i didn't get much help.

What are your weaknesses? i am not good helping with redstone, i don't understand it.

1-2 hours isn't alot for being a helper

Teamspeak is a must have for interview and other staff meet ups.

Poor app, it was very small I don't feel I know anything about you. All of your (I) were lower case, which tells me either you arn't supper mature or you don't really care enough which either way is bad

Being bad at redstone isn't the weakness were talking about. Were talking about say, at night you might have a hard time focusing. Or you may have a hard time explaining things in depth.

Im going to say first that it was brave to apply.

Well about your app:
- First, Your introduction was kinda short. I would love to know more about you. Like what do you do when you dont play meepcraft/minecraft. Got an hobbys maybe?

- I would also liked to know more about just you shall be helper. It's good that you want to help The newcommers on meepcraft. Butiken what more can you help with? As helper it's not only a job to help The new members.

- 1-2 hours each Day is pretty little. You maybe shall wait until you can be on more than that each day.

- Teamspeak is a must as a helper.

- To not be good at redstone is normal. Many people doesnt understand that. Maybe write about other weakness.

I'm sorry, but just no; not yet. Here are the problems I see, and ways you can work on them:

• Application

This was an incredibly weak application, and tells me nothing about you. Look through applications in the"Accepted" section. Read through these, and note the styles.
When I read your application, I should be able to walk in knowing nothing about you, and walk away knowing not what you do, but how you think. Every section of yours struck me as very weak.

Weaknesses are problems with your personality, such as impatience, emotions, immaturity, and inexperience, not a lack of knowledge of Minecraft mechanics.

In addition to this, Teamspeak is a requirement for staff. As a staff member, you use this to really get to know people, and attend various staff meetings. In fact, if a person is accepted, they are moved to the interview section, which is done on TS.

Another flaw I see with your application is the grammar. When you are doing something like this, it is imperative to proofread it, and correct these errors. It's expected that there will be a few mistakes, as it is so easy to miss things, but it is very consistent, telling me it was intentional, or you just didn't proofread.

• Activity

It sounds bad, but 1-2 hours isn't enough time for a Helper to be in-game. Upper ranks, such as admin and supermod, can be less active in game, because they often do things behind the scenes. Almost all the work a Helper does is in-game. And honestly, you aren't gonna solve many problems in two hours. It's like building a massive house; you won't get much done if you work just a little bit every day.

In addition to a lack of in-game activity, I'd like to see a lot more from you here on the forums. Things here on the forums allow you to participate in contests, buy ranks, suggest additions/changes to the server, and simply discuss various topics with everyone else.

• Weaknesses

As I said before, this is not what we look for in weaknesses. Here are some things I notice:
-Immature
When I do see you in global, you rarely add anything to the conversations going on, and usually just tell everyone exactly what is happening to you at that moment. Honestly, a lot of people don't want to know you found a mineshaft. Personally, this doesn't bother me a bit, but it does for others. Things like "Lol, a creeper blew me to smithereins while I was typing," are perfectly fine, as it is honest humor.
-Inexperience
I mentioned this before, but you don't appear to know much about the commands and mechanics on this server. This is one the primary goals of a Helper, among other things: answering questions. On the other hand, just because you can answer questions doesn't mean you should apply, but that it is a good quality for those who have other strengths.

• Summary

I recommend you read other's applications before doing your own.
-You need TeamSpeak
-You need a longer application
-1-2 hours it a short period of time for a Helper.

Overall, your app was pretty weak. Im not going to dig at it too much because others have really done the job for me but hey.

You should really work on activity in game, haven't seen you once.
Ts is a requirement. 100%. You need it for meetings, interviews and in general community bonding.
Id expect at least 3 or 4 + hours in activity a day from the average staff. One or two doesnf really benefit the team enough.
Ive used redstone in my like 8 months total of helper exactly 0 times. You should really know the job you are applying for and you should make an app that makes sense to the position.

Overall you just need workon activity, maturity, and helpfullness in all 3 aspects of the server. Once you're active more I suggest waiting 1-2 months and then applying again.
