When did you join Meepcraft? To have fun, like everyone else

Introduction: Hi I'm Dart. I've been on meepcraft for 3 years and for during those years, I'm proud to say that I've been on staff multiple times,

Why should you be Helper? I'm going to keep this short and sweet.

1) I have experience. I know what it's like to be moderator, and helper. I know what it takes, how to deal with situations, and I know how to be a helper. I've been a moderator many times in meep, 2 times old meep, then helper in new, then became moderator till I resigned.

2) I have leadership skills. Being helper is not just about 'helping' but also leading. If the admins were to just ask 'I need someone's help' lots of people would volunteer.. Helpers aren't just chosen for slave work, they're chosen to lead and to have a positive impact on the server by doing so.
2a) Communications: This goes with experience of leadership. "Most problems stem from lack of communication, and most problems are solved by communication." One of my problems in my previous times of helper/moderator was communication, I have improved so.

3) Work ethic: Simply said I'm willing to work, and I know what it takes.

4) I have a strong mind. Being a helper puts on stress and frustration at times. I adjust well and have my psychological maturity at check.

5) Maturity. "Maturity is the ability to know how your action affect others." I am clearly aware about the subject of maturity. I have to admit I did let my maturity slide times but I balance it out. I know when I'm in the wrong and what to do, I also know how to be humble and how to give.

What are your weaknesses? 1) Time. Simply put I don't have much times on my hands as I would like to. I have 4 college level classes, 2 accelerated, and two regular paced classes. Meanwhile, I earned myself a position in a leadership conservatory program with some extra curriculars. I also have a program to get physically trained for the Marines/Navy. Thought with all that I still find time and if I'm not online I'm usually lurking forums.

+1, without any bias, you knew what you were doing back when and you were one of the best staff imo. The only problem is your recent return, but I think it can be helped.
