Introduction: Hey! I'm CaveSpiderSam. I'm Exclusive since Christmas Day. I have 2 homes in Quadburg in Alpha, and one in Premede in Beta. Thanks, 2004grevous! You've probably seen me on chat at some point during your time in Meep; I like to chat. I'm not too good at melee PvP, but I'm pretty handy with a bow.

Why should you be Helper? I'm a kind and sociable person who's always willing to help, whether it's someone who's completely new or someone who's been on for a while but has forgotten something. I'm quite intelligent and like to learn things, which I do quickly and efficiently. I visit Forums pretty much daily, and always enjoy debating and playing forum games. I live in England, so I can be up at hours that may seem crazy to American helpers, which means I can cater to people who live in different time zones.

What are your weaknesses? My parents won't let me go onto the computer or any device on Sundays, and they strictly enforce screen breaks during the week.
I can be blunt sometimes, but I try not to be.
I don't have any social media.

You should have a reference ... If you don't know what that is, a reference is someone the staff can talk and this person agrees you should become a helper.

I think you are a little confused. The intro is supposed to be about you in real life (what are your hobbies, How are you in school, whats your personality like etc.)

This should be longer and you should go more in depth. Otherwise this part was ok (not great, but not bad)

I have never seen you online (I'm on a lot) and have never seen you online. Also it looks like you can't get on a lot because of your parents. When you are online, I suggest getting involved in conversations and get yourself out there more.

Your introduction was pretty much all about Meep. I don't want to know your MeepStory, I want to know your real life story. Tell us about your hobbies, personality etc...

Your why was okay. You could've elaborated more since it was quite short. You made good points, though.
Not having social media isn't a weakness.

Other than that, application was short, but you seem mature to me. I've seen you in game and forums a little, but boost activity. TeamSpeak is also a requirement for interview, staff meetings, town hall meetings etc...You can download it here.

Although you seem like you are determined, you don't have what it takes to be helper:

-Regarding Your Play Time

Being on one hour a day, and then 11 hours on the weekend is not beneficial to Meep. On the weekends, many staff are already free and are on meep ready to answer modreq's.

-Regarding Teamspeak

Teamspeak is crucial when it comes to testing your helpfulness and maturity. Aside from the fact that Teamspeak is needed for the interview, it is needed in certain modreq cases even after you are helper. Without Teamspeak, even if you were truly ready for helper, it would be a no-go.

-Regarding Your introduction

Your intro told me nothing about you as a person. Tell me about your life. What are your qualities? What are your hobbies or what do you do for a living (or in your free time)? If I don't know about you as a person, I can't judge as well wether you are mature and ready for this staff job (age says nothing about maturity).

-Regarding Why you should be helper

Convince me. Just being kindhearted and helping newbies isn't what is needed as helper. If it were, Meep would have a trillion helpers. In fact, you can do that even without the helper rank. Do you have what it takes to handle more serious problems such as minor griefs, tp kills etc.?

-Regarding Your Weaknesses

Your weaknesses section isn't really weaknesses. Try to keep it strictly to things such as immaturity, quick to anger etc. Not being able to access your computer often should go somewhere else in your app, and not having social media doesn't matter when it comes to being helper.

Overall, huge -1.

 

Denied, teamspeak is required for your interview. I reccomend you also work on your in game and forums activity, and overal helpfulness before re-applying (no sooner than two weeks from today)
