When did you join Meepcraft? Early 2013

Introduction: Hello my name is Felix and I'm 14. I am currently in Year 10 and starting my 2 years for my GCSE exams. I enjoy racket sports - especially tennis and football.
I joined meepcraft in 2013 when I didn't know much at minecraft. At that time I spent time with my friends in a town and we had a laugh. Then I quit minecraft for a long period and came back in early 2014. My bal had been reset and I didn't have much on me, so I started my way from the bottom.
I earned money and – admittedly through gambling got to 2-3mill. I started a successful town and I got supreme, creds to jmelara. It was going well and I was having so much fun I felt like I needed to give back to the meepcraft community. This is when I decided to apply for helper. I must say it wasn’t looking good with the majority -1’s but the staff team decided to give me a shot which to this day I am thankful for as that has got me so far. I didn’t know what to expect and I was a bit scared but the interview went well and I was accepted! I got my training and I felt like I was doing a good job. I was still receiving hate but a lot of people had realized that I wasn’t actually too bad.

I had a great deal of fun and with a good amount of experience and modreqs under my belt I applied for mod. I felt too confident which made me make this mistake. It was too soon and it was rightfully denied. A couple of months later I quit minecraft all together as I was facing my end of year exams and I felt like it would get in the way. About 6 months after they passed I came back here and like before I made my way back up. My last application was denied as I had been banned less than a month before but I feel like I would have a good shot at staff.

Why should you be Helper? - Experience: Yes I've been staff members of plenty of other servers but apart from the role of leadership I don't think it is very relevant. As said many time meepcraft has a community like no other server. This means that the way that we deal with players is different. Yes punishments are similar, but I think to have the right experience you need to be a part of the community to understand meepcraft as different.

The time I spent as being helper on meepcraft trained me better than anything else could. It meant I learnt that modreq’s are about not rushing through them but taking your time to help the player and make sure they receive the services that they deserve and require. Also I am aware that we now use prism which I looked up, and it is very similar to hawkeye which was used at the time, only this is a bit better. This means that I would have a good understanding of how to use it and meaning I would feel more confident in doing it.

Dedication - I believe I am very dedicated to meepcraft and the fact that I am applying a second time possibly shows that I want to help the community. The majority of my time on minecraft I’m on meepcraft and even when I can’t I still regularly check the forums so I can stay involved. I also often go on teamspeak to see if there is anybody to talk to and get to know better.

Involvement - The benefit to my activity on the three aspects of meepcraft means that I'm fairly involved with the community. I usually know when something's going on and if I don't, I will ask someone about it to stay up to date as I think it is important to be as a staff member particularly to understand people's questions and have a general knowledge.

Performance - When I'm given an opportunity to do something in real life or on minecraft I almost always take it and make the most out of it. When I have a certain role I always perform well putting in all of my effort. This is so I can get the job done well and proper, as this is needed to do well in anything including being a staff member.

Activity - Since I have rejoined meepcraft I have been very active, especially recently since I've just started my summer holidays. But when it ends I will still come on with a good level of activity on all three aspects; which is important so people can acknowledge you and appreciate that you are there to help. I'm ingame and on the forums a lot as well as team speak which could be improved.

As of my time zone I am often not on when meepcraft is at its peak times. This means usually when I come on there are no staff on, or just one or two mods and admins. Yes they can still do modreqs but not nearly as fast as they have other things to do which is why helper’s are needed especially at this time.

What are your weaknesses? I don’t talk a lot in teamspeak but compared to how I used to be I speak to people more now and enjoy getting to know them. - I have grown in confidence and talk much more regularly in team speak so I can talk to people of the community and communicate more clearly. Because I’m starting my GCSE course there may be dashes of inactivity but they will never be long term and keep me from being active.

I did not read the app because my eye blocks hurt and I don't have to.

I don't usually give an opinion on Staff applications unless I feel I know enough about the person to put my name behind them (or against them). I definitely like you for Helper - you're active, helpful, friendly and, I think, funny. As to teamspeak, we are not all confident initially, but confidence is a (sometimes overlooked) requirement of Staff, and my observation of you in /g and /msg is not of someone lacking confidence. I don't use ts at all (my own choice), so I don't call that a major impediment, especially as you are increasing use and intend to do so even more.
I have seen you help players from every level, so I do hope you get the recognition and Helper position.

Wasn't a great staff member when I was staff, better than me but not the best, I can see you helping and improving the staff team greatly with your past experience. The staff team needs people who can really help right now. +1
