    So I played
    On meepcraft 2 years ago, changed accounts and never got my rank back. I now don't know how to get it back. (I do not have access to the other account.)

    Ranks are tied to the account it's on, not the person using it. The rank is on your old account and there is no way to transfer it to your current account. (bar the generosity of an Admin, Fuzzlr, or someone with too much money.)

    If you're talking about a name change, then all you have to do is talk to someone from Staff and they'll sort you out.

    Like @BlackJackMiller5 said, rank transfer is not a thing. Therefor to use the rank you need to go back to that account.
