/help needs some help.

Some things I've noticed:
Under donation perks.
Supreme can /spawner pig (not included)
Sup can /effect hearts (not included)

Supremes can font signs, does not need to be included in the ult section and needs to be fixed in supreme section, or make supremes unable to do this. Have tested with supreme alt.

Ultimate can /effect fireworks (not included

Under rules:
Towny rules simply say warn before setting taxes or kicking players. List specifics would be good.

Under towny:
It says do /t list and find a town that's open, after that, there's no help. Say that you have to do /t join (open town's name)
Should specify only mayors/co-mayors can /t withdraw.
