Why we should consider your appeal: First off, I would like to know how you can be cruel to horses? I haven't put any funny nametags on any, and I haven't said anything mean about any of them. Second, I would like to know which horses? I don't own any, and I don't think there are any in my town, if there are, I haven't paid attention. pls consider this.

He killed 87 horses in beta that clearly didn't belong to him.

 

Well, I am the mayor of Everest beta, accessible by /pwarp horserace, where the horses were killed yesterday.

The only way to get into the horse stables is by glitching through on purpose.

In 6 plots Captain_Barbossa killed 87 of my horses by smashing them up into the corner of the ceiling of my stables.

I've redesigned the stables so this can't happen again.

 

Whoa, I never touched your horses. I remember your racetrack, I thought we had fun. If you had beat me, I could see some motive, but I won. I loved your track. Why would I take an hour out of my day to kill 87 horses? I'm sure they just glitched, and I think you should be seeking a refund. I'm sure the staff will give it to you.

 

This is my last post here. I'm not interested in a back and forth discussion - it's in staff's hands.
However, to be clear I didn't say Falaril killed 87 horses, I said Captain_Barbossa killed 87 horses by glitching through walls and then jumping them to death.
In any case, staff has proof via recorded server data of all player actions. Everything any player does is recorded.

 

Well you're not very good at trying to hide your actions and then play it innocent. Apologies and sincerity go a lot farther. You and Dafty_Duck did a great deal of work over several hours killing these horses. The records show you were there the whole time. They show you sadling the horses then shoving them in the corner and killing them, then picking up their leather and saddle after each death.

 

When do the records say they were killed?

Check again, I wasn't on yesterday afternoon or evening. At least not that I know of. I checked in early this morning because of a project I'm working on in my house when I saw I was banned.
