Events Sever glitch

It is possible to gain an unfair advantage in the Events server through this glitch.
This glitch makes use of the fact that one is not removed from the game after dying prior to the game starting.

Reproducible steps:
1. Enter the game when it opens.
2. Fall off from the platform (made of barrier blocks) linking the spawn/spectator area with the arena before the game starts (20s)
3. Die as a result of falling into the void
4. Respawn at spawn/spectator area
5. Wait until the last player dies

Possible solutions:
-Force kick any player from the game upon ANY death
-Make players who die prior to game start respawn in the ARENA, not at spawn
