Accepted Error On TS Banned For Inappropriate????!?! Can't Be Unbanned?

Recently I have not been on Ts due to the fact that I have been banned for some odd reason when I not even on. I have talked DianaB72 about this and she seemed to not be able to figure out how to unban me and found no evidence of a ban so I'm coming here now to talk about this experience and hopefully have this glitch,error,and or bug fixed. I am not posting a ban appeal because this ban was when i was offline so I dont feel it is necessary to right a ban appeal.

 

What message are you getting when trying to get on?

 

Banned For Inappropriate does not tell me who banned me either.....
