Why we should consider your appeal: Well I'm very sorry that this has happened but I need to tell my side of the story before I get banned again. The place were I put my town had no one in site this is because after the server crashed I built a town far away and no one was there at the time. well when i started expanding I added a row to the back side of my town. This was a very long time ago and after that I stopped. Now when I stop expanding I had about 3 or 4 plots in between my town and district 12. The lady who owns district 12 expanded into me, they came right up to my border. Then she started to yell at me that I need to move my town because it was in the way. Thats probably why I got banned but I can tell you for a fact I was there first and I haven't claimed a plot in her direction in months. I'm sorry that this was long it just needed a lot of details to fully show my point. Also if it can be arranged I would like to Skype call a High ranking mod or admin to duscuse in full detail whats has been happening since district12 has moved in. Thanks and sorry again about the length.

 

As the owner of District12 I was there long before you ever moved in, the issue at hand is that once I expanded, you expanded continuously onto several sides of me and then continued to press inwards into my town, there being 2-4 plots inside my town exclusively owned by you. I had asked you previously to possibly unclaim the area near the border, this was back in August and Skaros was with me at that time, because it was not in use. The issue I have had is that I've had to shoo several of your citizens away from my town's grinder because of your proximity upon my town. Upon showing a player to a plot that they could claim, I saw another plot of your town being inside mine. The fact is, I was in that area long before anyone else and our border is ~4 16x16 plots away, that perimeter was established by me and Headhunter back in the begininngs of that server. Your town was simply there later, I remember because I had filled many a modreq about being surrounded by towns, some of those towns fell but yours stayed and so did my border with you. I expanded outwards on the sides, not forward towards your town. The only recent expansion I made in my town were on sides that your town was never present on. These outwards expansions led to you swinging around onto the sides of my town, anyone can see the border, its directly visible through a brief walk through my town's shop. I doubt that the original people who dealt with my modreqs in the wee months of the server are able to remember them but, I do quite well. You, as well as the previous mayors around me, were warned to stop the expansion towards my town.

 

I would just like to say that the plot that you first bought plot right up to my broader. so I bought the plot along that line that your plots had claimed. Yes their is one plot that was way at the top of my town that wasn't an issues until you expanded farther. I was going to uncliam that as soon as I had the prevesies owner moved out of the way. Now on the other end of town Where I have like 3 plots that stick out were claimed long before you ever expanded that way so those plots are mine and you moved into my area. Also we did have a little buffer from you but you claim up all that land so you could just push into my boarder. Also my town was there first you claim land there after me and failed to notice that I was there until you wanted the land that is owned by my town then you made it your goal to make my life heck because you want the land my town sits on today. I haven't built into your town at all the part that butts up to your town I have owned for a long time. You wanting to push me out claim all the land right up to my boarder so you are a fault here not me. If you would like the plot that is in your town i will unclaim it and you may have it but i propose we build a wall or forest to fix the problem of my people coming in your town. I have my own grinder and your people also use mine and I'm not happy about this and we need to come up with some sorta solution to fix this as i can see we both can't move and it will be to much work to move either of us. thanks for your time please get back to me thanks.

 

A few nights ago you tried to talk to me about a solution and I believe the first words out of my mouth were, "My plots along the border are occupied." I can't uproot 15 residents. You have a town of 12 and I have a town of ~50. Those plots along the border have always been empty, on your side. But, I must digress, I never expanded towards your town, I nearly lengthened the border, trying to get away from your town on the other sides I could expand upon. I believe I have even offered to buy your town in an effort to resolve this. Our resolutions obviously aren't working because we're stubborn individuals. But, I must digress, my town was here first and only recently has it become a problem with your residents crossing into my town for grinder access.

 

I'm very sorry that my residents have been crossing into your town I have a grinder of my own and I have told all of my residents where it is at. The plots that we are currently arguing over have residents in them and I cant just up root them. one of the plots that is all by itself I will clean up and unclaim so you can claim it. I' m not moving but if you want I can put up a wall in order to control the residents that cross over into your town. Also you have over 200 plots for your town why is it that just now your raising heck over these couple of plots? and of your 200 plots over half of them are empty. So why are my plots a problem to you when it has been over 6 months I thought we just agreed to disagree and live with how it turned out. Can we please Skype so we can talk and finish this in a faster manner.

I apologize if this is irrelevant, to both abby and dland, and please delete it if it is, but perhaps (based on the information given) if you only share one border, why not build an iron fence wall up between the towns, and block off entry to the grinders by iron doors and pressure plates so that only residents can access it (if you sell access as well, you can ask the buyers to put /homes there instead, or use the friend addition to /res to give them access).

It seems like it would solve both problems.

 

Good idea but I need abby to agree and she doesn't seem to want to do that right now.

 

Dland, here's the thing.
We have yelled at each other more than is probably EVER possible over this issue and neither of us are agreeing. I have some intricate builds on the border, I can't ask residents to take that down and rebuild it on the other side of the town, thats asking way too much and I'd be losing a profit in my town. Most of my town is rather unpopulated but, towards the middle, away from the border we share. Those plots, jutting into my town have been there for ages, I've sent you mail after mail, after mail on this issue and we've never come to a conclusion, I don't wish to erect a wall to solve this dispute because that comes off as hostile and malicious, the fact is that you have twelve residents. Twelve. I'm not saying that because I have the bigger town, I should be gaining the area at the border but, you have 12 residents that use those border plots as storage. I believe there is one person who has a house there. This is really not coming to an end anytime soon, because we both believe that we were there first but, dland, I know I was there first, because I have filed so many modreqs about this. Here's my proposition for the town border:
On the direct border you uproot some of the residents using the land as storage space and the ones for sale.
I'll remove the few unclaimed plots on the sides near yours.
You remove the ones jutting into my town, thats indisputable at this point, one's a farm one is empty.
We both place signs on the border saying "You are entering another town."
If this border dispute happens again, we both respectfully ask the residents on the border to move and provide them with plots away.

This does sound fair but there are a couple of resident that I can't move at the moment I will let them know but the the plots that are for storage and unclaim plot I will unclaim. In order to do this I need to be unbaned. Thanks hope we can finish this once and for all.
