Dblosevns second giveaway :)

Last giveaway was around 3 weeks ago for 2mil plus 3 $10 ranks.

Last time was really informal and people got confused so here goes the rules. Not many lets have fun
Also I am going to do something a little different this time, only for the people that message me on twich. You guys can make suggestions to me on what to have people say.

1.) Do not spam responses I was lenient last time with this but it makes it really hard to determine who really won, only respond once repeat offenders will be ignored only one warning per person.

2) For the rank giveaways every 750,000 I giveaway I will start a vote for which citizen or vip you guys think deserves a rank. Please only vote for active players.
