Since I banned you I cannot deal with this appeal however I will give you our evidence.

I can get Evidence thrown like boulders falling at me from a mountain, and I will still stand. Im glad to be a meeper, if a couple of people that barely play kitpvp come and record my play style (which for you haters is *hacking *) then what am i supose to do? If I get unbanned I won't change a thing of my playstyle since I've nothing to hide, which I doubt since people can get corrupted with lies and fairytales.

 

Like I said before, all I can do is provide evidence to assist with the appeal.

No, what I am telling you is that I cannot handle the appeal because I banned you.
As for the videos which we have decided show you using PvP hacks, you can explain to us the reasons why they are not hacks if you want. I put them there for both sides of the appeal.

 

In words it will be difficult. Can I show you back in Meep? ( In the video you stand right next to me, next time try above of me.) I tend to watch my back for attackers.

 

Firstly, you'd been banned prior in July of last year for hacking. So your "I have never ever hacked" is a swing-and-a-miss off the bat.

Secondly, we've gone over the evidence conclusively. We went to great lengths to see if you were hacking or not, getting the agreement of two Mods and two SuperMods to further solidify the claim. You've seen the videos, please explain yourself; something you have not done yet. If you would like timestamps, use this video, timestamps are as follows.

Just adding onto what Castro said, any video which I am flying, in F1 or my item bar is empty I am in god mode, flying and invisible - name tag not showing.

 

This is the case. Fully invisible as well, no name tag.

As for @ 2:45 and onward, could that really be explained as evidence? If I see a name tag and shoot at it does that make me a hacker?

If you were aimbotting and someone wasn't behind him then when he flew up your aim would have followed him.

 

When invisible you cannot be seen, however hacks and mods can still pick you up.
Please be patient, there are a lot of people waiting for ban appeals to be answered and Castro has other commitments and things he needs to do.

When god is enable they won't aim at you (I believe) for most of it I had god on, except when I go in close.

 

Superbros1211 in your video at 1:10/1:13; I looked to the left, which was observedly out of vanilla.
I am most positive that there should have been a person behind you, the video is short which only shows me looking to the left... where you happen to be... ( What I'm saying it that on 1:10/1:13 there may have been false evidence that could've been taken the wrong by polluting ones mind if they were to see that short bit of "evidence").

 

Sorry for posting, but I was teamed with Cleaves for a very long time, and he never once hit me with his bow. If he were hacking how could we explain this?

I feel I have the right to post in the appeal, since I was one of the people who provided the initial evidence.

My biggest question is how he manages to snap to multiple people over various distances in split seconds, some of whom he hasn't clocked in his surrounding area. This is what I was trying to demonstrate in my video evidence, which you can multiple times after I jump on top of the mushroom biome hill. Having high sensitivity is one thing, but locking onto people that you haven't seen and cannot possibly hear because of their distance? That's where my questions come from.

I'd gladly point out the time stamps in my video where I witnessed this happen if anyone really can't be bothered to watch it in detail.

 

Mjr_Minor I understand that you have questions of me "snapping" multiple times on various distances; I will answer all your questions with this 1 answer. Ready?

The answer to your questions that's been piling up to the point you met me is Luck.
By Luck I mean that most of my shots aren't 100% guaranteed to hit, in your video of you standing ontop of a mountain in the mushroom biome you didn't get short by my arrow. (Even tho you moved). I don't have a 100% accuracy, so for you saying I snap and locked, into you is completely balderdash.
