    I have many people type L(zero)L(cant type zero for some reason) many times. I typed that is /shout, and about a minute later i was temp-banned. I looked at the cap rules and it said nothing about not saying that. I did not say LOL, with 3 caps. So therefore this is not a temp-ban. Please consider this.
