Why we should consider your appeal:

My son is 8 years old. He thought he was helping people in posting information about a free server that he liked. He didn't know it would get him in trouble. Once we saw the "proof" he understood what he did was not allowed in Meepcraft and he won't do it again.

Usually, there's a 2 week cooldown before you should post another appeal, and for advertising bans there's almost always a delay before there's an unban.

 

i'm writing on behalf of my son and trying to help him. is there any way to reinstate him? or what is the process here beyond waiting? He is only 8 years old and is quite sad that he isn't able to play. He now knows what he did was not allowed and has not been able to play for over a week and a half. Can you not reinstate him - even if it has to be with conditions (like a "probationary" period)? Thanks.

 

We do unban players, but for offenses like this we usually wait a bit longer. An admin denied your son's appeal, so I will contact him and see if he'll take a look at this one.

As a dad myself with an 8 year old son I understand how this could have been done in error or not knowing. I will let you know in advance that most game servers find things like this ads and will also ban for the same reason. We are a small but best towny server and we stay the best because we moderate and do not allow bad language, sexual talk, inappropriate content, or scams and provide a safe fun experience for all. We run on donations which cover the costs of servers, development, and protection so ads have a huge effect on weather we can stay running or not.
