Why we should consider your appeal:

I’m not even sure why I was banned. I jumped into the PVP area and was just walking and I got banned. I was minding my own business and trying to stay alive. Now it has been more than 7 days and it still says that I am banned. Can you please fix it?

 

First off all, you were banned permanently, not seven days.
