Can't talk in teamspeak?

So I was finally able to get onto teamspeak, and it's not working? I've changed my hot keys 3-4 times. My mic is not muted, and is not broken because I was skyping a little less than 10 minutes ago. Help?

I also learned I can't get into any of the rooms. I tried to go into "Parkour" and "Creative" and it just said "Insufficient client permissions"

 

You have to be assigned a new server group to join channels. You're in the lobby where no one can use their mic.

 

Which means?

 

The new server group is like a rank - without it you can't do anything. The group was made to prevent trolls. Just poke a staff member asking for the group, any of them can grant.
