Can It Get Any Laggier?

Date of issue: Over almost a year.
Issue: I join the server, and i'm either in a big black void, or stuck in a block as everyone around me is frozen. I try typing, and everything i type takes as long as 2-3 minutes or longer to process. I can't move without being reverted back to where i spawned. I am not joking, i can almost not move at all. It's like a trap. My computer is not the best, but can handle all the servers i play on perfectly at 40 FPS. Never in my LIFE have i witnessed worse lag. It's amazing that it can be this laggy. It is NOT my computer, as i can play almost every server with a smooth 40 FPS with almost no lag spikes. My minecraft has 7 Gigs of RAM allocated, has Optifine installed and almost the lowest possible graphics settings. Please, help me here.

Ok, i did it, but no difference. Could it really be my pc? I play on some REALLY big servers with little to no lag. Meepcraft is by far the laggiest server yet. Do you experience lag like i am? Or is it just me?
