This thread is a great place to look to find the perfect place to start your town!
Please note that I am only selling the coordinates to these areas. The buyer must pay for the initial fee to create the town. This is simply a collection of great places to start a new town.

The list will continue to be updated with both alpha and beta towns and town spawns.
