Builder needed!

I currently own /pwarp store and I have learned that having too many itemframes on only 4 plots will cause them to disappear. So What I need built is a new store/mall building where I can store all of my chest shops.
I have a town in Beta /t spawn Manning and I would like it to be built there.

Now the reward/payment of building me this will be anywhere from 1-3 million depending on the build.

Does it include Exterior? Yes
Theme? I will discuss with builder. Id like it to be the builders preference.
Supplies? Yes I can provide all of the building blocks needed
