Reason for ban: Illegal Kicking of Towny Residents

Why we should consider your appeal: I haven't kicked any members of the town. I did receive the tail end of some message from VirtualPig_ as I was AFK.

I did communicate and try to work out why their property was no longer apart of the town, as it was unclaimed and wild again.

I said I would turn the property back to the town so they could claim their belongings however as the town is moving (mayor notified all town residents of this a week in advance) it will be set back to wild after.

I then restored the plot back to the town put it up for sale at $0 so virtualpig_ could reclaim, however they then went offline. Having waited for them to come back on I thought the safest option was to return the plot back to unclaimed so no one could grief it.

I would also like to point out that at no stage was VirtualPig_ kicked out of the town. Rather the mayor had reset the plot to wild after the advance notice on all plots.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know:

That is correct that command was ran, however where is the post of myself running the command claiming it back and setting it for sale at $0 meebles. This was whilst virtualpig_ was present.

The presenting case I received was a message whilst AFK from Virtualpig_ being:
VP_ -Why can't I access my plot?
Me - Was it tax?
VP_ - No I have 1k meebs
Me - 1 sec I'll come to town

Me - [L] ah its because we are moving town spawn, plot must of been set to wild again. 1 sec I'll let you claim it again.

Therefore as stated yes I did run the /t unclaim command, there is no denying that. However I wasn't going to leave the plot fs at $0 meebs so someone could steal it. Sure maybe I should of not run /t unclaim and just left it not for sale, however at that moment in time I didn't think about that. I never removed the ownership of this plot either.

Therefore with your image could you also please display the other commands that I did also run, as with all due respect that is a one sided and bias picture.

 

when you run the command "/t unclaim" anyone who comes and sees that it's in the wild can just come and claim it. What you did was illegal and unfair to the other player. For now, just wait out your ban.
