    Reason for Ban: Rank Chargeback (Tied in with Blyzzrd's original Ban)

    This isn't me actually trying to unban My friend, He just Isn't able to make an account to Appeal himself.

    Please Message me if there's a way We can get him an account to be able to or If I can just pay the $20 to unban him myself.
