Reason for ban: I was banned for "Pvp Hacks"

Ban Length: Perm

What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better? I have taken a'lot of time to think about how I would write this and what I would say about this and from my conclusion I have pulled out some other things that prove my Innocence:

There is no such thing as reach hacks
You had never checked my Internet Connection to see if I was laging on some hits
I was accused and was told I would get time stamps of any suspicious moments that were in his video
There is a forum explaining lag and how it affects pvp and also the main reason of this is ping.
If a player is lagging on your screen I can be still and not facing and still get hits LAG
If on my screen I am
Now can I please get a valid response other than no proof and I can see because i"m a pro at pvp

LASTLY If I do get accepted what am I to do with my town It was ravaged because of this and I lost everything I put into it and all that hard work for a ban that claims and I do remember the chat from teamspeak "You know saleb is one of our best papers and he knows when someones hacking" I Don't Care you cant go of that u guys should download hack detectors if you want to prove it.... Im Done

 

Hey there, the proof against your hacks is 100% positive and bannable. If I may suggest, a better way of approaching this appeal is to accept the fact that you were hacking, and simply apologize. It has been about 3 months since the ban, so if you were to be honest, then I may be more willing to give you another chance. Instead, you write in your appeal with an accusatory tone and stance, implying that we made a mistake, not you. Not only was this proof gathered by an incredible pvper, but it was reviewed by an incredible moderator, leading all of us to know that this was, in fact, hacking on your part.

 

Ok I might as well fess up I was hacking mainly because of the fact that I didn't think I would do good enough but I at lest didn't hack the whole fight there were certian parts were I was low on health so yeah I did not want to admit because I hacked in mainly two parts legit though the rest was lag main one was in the water srry U might as well just perm me sorry and bye...
Also though btw I was laging most of the fight :/ And I also didn't realise we were not going to give back gear panic.

 

I understand the reasoning, and I appreciate the honesty. I am willing to give you another chance in time, but for now this will be denied. Please take no shorter than 2 weeks to realize the severity of your actions and how they were detrimental to the server. Have a great day!
