Reason for ban: Mail spam

Ban Length: 3 days

Staff member who issued ban: Klitcher

What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better? Not to mail spam when someone threatens me to do so. Bad_spider told me that when would appeal me if I didn't spam him in mail. So I did so and klitcher bans me for 3 DAYS. Three days is too long. My parents will ask why I haven't been on and I'll be in trouble. No need for a three day ban.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Klitcher has accused me of spam and I wasn't even spamming so he needs to review the facts and what bad_spider Said in global and threatens me to do. Plz I ban me!

 

You were banned for sexual reference in mail, not spam.

 

This is from a skype from bad_spider. He can't post himself as he's forum banned. I'm not related at all but he wanted me to relay this info to here. I'll let staff deal with it as they wanted.

''Hi, I'm bad_spider. Today in global, I asked players to send me /mail(s), and I got two in particular from xSuper25. They contained sexual references "d n on your face" and were uncalled for.

Previously, I did provoke him, but klitcher asked me to stop and I did. Xsuper threatened to kill me in global and mailed this to me way after the last time I spoke to him. Thanks.''

He said he was sent the mail(staff know what was said) long after spider was finished talking to him and was highly uncalled for.

 

Reason: "Language/Sex Ref in Mail (6th ban this month)"

 

xSuper you need to take these 3 days to think about the way you act on this server. This is a great community and you need to learn to respect that. Appeal denied!
