Denied Banned for trying to help?!?!?

why: we were in the void and i was saying that if you spam/use caps/or swear you get 4x them punishment and i was saying it constantly so if someone just joined they would know, also Lysseal was doing the same thing i dont know if he got banned but, its kinda lame that i get banned for trying to help others know that those things aren't okay to do in the void, for those who didn't know.
