Why we should consider your appeal:

If I remember correctly ( Flamedeamon ) said he didnt want me tempbanned.
Because I return the -Snowblocks-..... Now I'm not even on and a few friends tell me I'm
banned...

This isn't right.... Please unban me....

The story I was told by flamedemond was after you left. He agreed to having you banned. As you can see by the imgur link, you didn't just take snow-blocks. Now you claimed the plot illegally and didn't give any notice and took the items without any notice as well.
I saw the sign you put up and put the screenshot of it in the imgur album. Because you didn't give a minimum of a 14 day notice to leave the plot and claimed it, that is mayor abuse. Also you took the items illegally which is theft.

 

I didnt claim the plots.. All I did was put the -Snowblocks- back go check the chest the logblock with show that. Put a sign on the road saying he has 14days to leave.

And I raised the embassy tax to 1500 per day. Then I got off.

After reviewing more evidence, we have decided a lessor ban is in order and will just go ahead and unban you with time served.
