Why we should consider your appeal:

I DID plot toggle PvP, BUT...

There was someone invisible and was swinging at me and I didn't know who it was or what he was planning on doing, so, I toggled pvp and hit him once, I did not kill him, and I didn't plan to. But then, he (who I then knew who it was, since he turned visible) and another guy chased me through town toggling pvp and killing me. They killed me 2 or 3 times, but they did give me back my armor and sword. But, one of them got my head and threw it in his enderchest. I pretty much only care about my head, and I didn't really want them banned but since they wouldn't listen to me I called a mod. And THEN, HollyWoot came and I started telling him the story, and banned me without even listening to what I have to say.

 

So what you are saying is, you toggled PvP.

 

Yes but with good reason,

 

However this good reason is that he was invisible, trying to hit you on a plot without PvP, given that invisibility pots are not illegal

 

But, I didn't kill him, I slapped him once.

 

It's like taking something from someone's chest, and placing it right back. Illegal kinda sorta technically, but nothing bad whatsoever comes out of it.

 

Denied - Please wait out your day. You did toggle the command and utilise the resulting PvP area, whether it be only for a short period.
