Why we should consider your appeal:
I was hosting a skin contest for the first time, and I didn't even collect anybodys money yet, when in the chat this guy named nick (My apologies, I don't remember his full username) starting saying things like "don't trust skin contests they always scam" and "the_bub is going to take your money and scam you!" so naturally I told him that wasn't my plan, and I abandoned the skin contest. I even left creative and went to go do some parkour, in the middle of one of my jumps my Minecraft crashed. When I logged back into the server it told me I was banned. You should consider my appeal because it is unjust for anybody to be banned for no reason, under circumstances like these. I was not planning on scamming anybody, and I should not have to suffer a ban just from nicks wim. That admin or mod that banned me must have thought that nick knew I was going to scam, but nick was just saying nonsense.

I don't know what ban evading is, but yes I am aware that my SISTERS account is banned. Today she was on my account way earlier because she wanted to play boomo and talk to a mod, but it was me at the time I was banned.

 

A banned player used your account to access the game. You just admitted that. If she would like to talk to a mod, she can file a ban appeal or start a conversation on forums with one of our staff members.

As you said you do not know what ban evasion is, I will try to explain it to you. When you are banned on an account, this means you are banned from the server. You may not use an alternate account to access the game still. You are banned for a reason and are not welcome on the server until you either file a ban appeal and it is accepted or your tempban expires.

Since your sister has access to this account, this appeal is denied for now.
