Summary: When we shouted we CLEARLY stated that you would die if you came to the pwarp. People followed through with this and said lure. We only promised death. We didn't deceive nor lure any player during this.

 

Towny rule:
4. Toggling PVP
If someone is on your property you reserve the right to ask them to leave. If they do not, then you may toggle PVP after these conditions have been met:
1.You must give them 3 warnings (without spamming) before issuing the command.
2.You must allow them adequate time to leave
3.The player is not AFK
You must supply proof of your warnings with screenshots.

2. Deceiving Another Player
Any attempt to deceive another player by promising a service or any amount of money and failing to follow through with the deal made (Scamming), sending teleport requests to kill/entrap someone. This includes accepting a teleport request with intentions to kill the player, (Luring), or doing anything to take advantage of another player against their will violates this rule. (including dice scams etc.)

Setting up a /pwarp in towny and setting PvP to on. Then saying in shout come to pwarp ebola to die is not legal. You all took advantage of TONS of new players. Just as a spawn must stay safe, so do pwarps which are public, anyone can go to any pwarp.

 

Wasnt my town or my plot. Also, how is it deciving players if they can read they are going to die if they go there? I mean at that point its common sense.

 

pwarps are like spawns and cant be used to kill players. Tons of new players tricked into losing all they have. Real cool!!!

 

Cooleys, in the chat message it warned of death....... I don't see how they were tricked if they were warned they would die. So that would make a pwarp to a pvp arena illegal too?
