Denied Ban appeal

Why we should consider your appeal: Let's start from the beginning. silverkid01 was holding a parkour thing - DeathStairs - and I entered. BlackBeltDude42 was gonna play as well so he tpa'ed to silverkid01/silverkid01 /tpahere'ed him. BlackBeltdude42 started attacking silverkid01 as a chicken and made silverkid01 warp away. Then, BlackBeltDude42 tried tpa'ing to me. I thought he would do the same to me so I dug a hole in the ground and tpaccept'ed at the top. He died. He had nothing on him so it didn't exactly harm him, but he still died.

Additional Info: A few weeks ago, someone killed me whilst being invis (lordusan) in /t spawn pure's arena and got my head. Apparently there was a mix up with the rules so he didn't get banned nor did he have to return my head. In the rules, it clearly states

"2. Deceiving Another Player
Any attempt to deceive another player by promising a service or any amount of money and failing to follow through with the deal made (Scamming), sending teleport requests to kill/entrap someone (Luring), or doing anything to take advantage of another player against their will violates this rule."

only sending a teleport request. Not accepting one. There is apparently a mix up with the rules and I should not be banned nor punished nor lose meebles for a rule mix up when someone else did something illegal actually stated in the rules, but Megan miss read. Treat all players fairly.
