Why we should consider your appeal: Well I made an appeal before and it was basically instantly rejected. I really wasn't X-raying the evidence doesn't really support the ban it shows my random mining tunnels then Diana following me, me mining and stopping every now and then to MSG someone either on Skype or in game.

 

This CLEARLY is some sort of xray (either chest finder or cave finder).

 

I'm sure for the use of either of those you need to move your head around if you're using them notice how every time I stop I don't even move my head or when I'm mining the coal I'm looking down at it the whole time.

 

No, you don't have to move your head around. you have a wide field of vision to start out with. Lets use some more evidence... and I can keep searching too. Here is a new one:

 

Alright I don't know how chest or cave finder work I was assuming they worked the same as X-ray would... Wouldn't that show I haven't used either of those two ever. A friend of mine said I should show a picture of my versions folder. Idk if that'll do anything but if it helps my case I'll be willing to when I get home later today. See I really do miss meep I've spent alot of time and effort doing things on the server and even some money when I came home from training I'm not one to cheat in any way, shape, or form. You can ask any of my friends on the server. I'm willing do do just about anything even if that means having a mod follow me when ever I go mining or having all my meebles taken away and my /chest emptied all I want is to return to the server. And if this appeal is still denied I'd like to say thank you for taking the time to read it and maybe even just think about it for a few moments.

The evidence clearly shows you mining directly into a cave where the first thing in front of you is gold ore, then walking further in the cave, and mining directly to a spawner. Please take some time before reappealing.
