Ok, so I did say "bye" in one shout multiple times. Keep in mind that this is one. In the rules, I suppose this ban is issued due to the fact of Spamming the chat. I did not spam the chat. I did not encourage the spam. I did not do repetitive posting. I guess I do fall under the deemed unnecessary. Therefore, I receive a kick.

I did not avoid a kick. I kicked myself from the server. Kick is the same as disconnecting. It is just a more forceful and aggressive way to disconnect from the server. I did say "bye", therefore, I would be leaving. I did not attempt to avoid a kick.
