Denied ban appeal illegal kicking

hi im rlh14 i logged on today and relized i had been banned it said i had done illegal kicking.
i do not know what that means but i came up with several reasons what it meant here is my conclusion

PLEASE NOTE in my town i do allow people to be mean


if the reason was i kicked someone from my town... it was most likely Mrbombastic he was a resident in my town and wend i bought the town we told him we owned it and he called us names i kicked him and then told him to be nice and gave him a second chance and let him join back. but later he was being mean again to a friend of mine and i kicked him after giving him yet another warning. and EVEN after that i let him duel me and my friends to get his stuff back. he lost against me and i logged off.



if the reason is because i destroyed some houses in my town.... i was reshaping the town to make it easier to navigate. i even posted a sign at t spawn warning the people about that stuff and will let them have there stuff back.



if any of this is against the rules please tell me I'm new at the whole town owner thing thx

The reason you were tempbanned was for kicking Mr_Bombastic576 without a valid warning. From the rules -
Before kicking a resident from your town, an adequate warning must be given depending on the circumstance. NOTE: In all cases, you may take their plot but you must hold their items for a minimum of 7 days.

• Players violating the town’s rules - You MUST state the course of action you will take at your spawn.

We ask for mayors to leave a sign on the plot letting the player know as well as mailing them. Staff have no way of viewing what you've said to each other in local chat so any warning you did give him before kicking him were invalid.

The account raeggiekatie has also been tempbanned for evading a ban to tell me to look at this appeal.

 

ok how do i tell the moderators about the warning

 

As I said, you need to mail and put a sign on the players plot 7 days before the kick.

 

I'm sorry but i don't want to let a person who is disruptive and mean in my town for 7 days.. you know what i mean i just don't like people who are mean and if I'm the mayer i think i shoud be able to kick people.

Irregardless of your opinion on the matter, those rules are in place to protect residents from being taken advantage of. Owning a town and letting residents in is a responsibility, and requires you to "be the better person". As a mayor you do indeed hold the right to kick people from your town, with or without reason, but you must follow the guidelines of doing so. This is why it is up to you to screen your residents before you let anyone join willy-nilly, because you get into situations exactly like this one. This rule has been in place for a long time. Next time please notify a resident before kicking them from your town. You need to wait out your ban.
