Denied Ban Appeal For A Friend Who Cannot Make One

Why should we consider your appeal: HI! This is addyawesome01. Im making a ban appeal for my friend Blackbelt dude42 because he has a perm ban that is not appealable.Anyway, he has been perm banned once before for luring. He said he would never ever do it again, but he did.I think some people saw that coming.But this time i think the message has sunk in. I was talking to him about his ban from meep(at this point i didnt consider making an appeal) and he told me how sorry he was for his illegal actions.In his appeal( that was denied) a staff member said that he/she thought he was only sorry that he got banned, not for his actions.At the time i belive that is true, but now that his appeal has been denied i think that he now is truly very sorry for his actions and wishes to be forgiven. I think the message has finally sunken in and that if he gets unbanned he won't do anything illigal anymore. Plus he was elite and his money was "wasted". There's a reason why this isn't an appeal ban. It's not that he can't make on himself, it's that he will never get accepted because of his history.
Also, you can't appeal for others anyways.

As said by Monkey, not only is his ban unappealable for a reason (and his ban appeal was denied only a little while ago), but the only person who can appeal a ban is the person who was banned.

We appreciate the fact that you want your friend unbanned, but they did something against the rules and they have to face the consequences.
