why we should consider my appeal:
I am sorry that I scam I am new to the server and I don't know all the rules of the server I just didn't want my town to fall because our bank was low I just wanted to keep my town up I am sorry

As said in your previous appeal, Rank Scamming is considered a very serious offense as it warrants a permanent ban and while I appreciate the apology included in both of your appeals, I feel it is still a bit too soon for this appeal to be considered for an unban.
