Why we should consider your appeal:
I have a few things I would like to make clear;
1) my apologies if my attitude on my previous appeal was rather bad, I will try my best with that
2) not my alt! Diamondowner56 is my brother!
3) you might already have dismissed this with "its a second offense the excuse of i didn't know is invalid as he has already been banned in the same situation before." Wrong! My first rank scam ban I didn't know I had received as it was overwritten by another ban before I had time to find out.
Here is the story;
Here I am, meeping along, when my brother walks in and directs me to a house in my town. He tells me to destroy 2 planks, and open the chest. He walks out with "you're welcome". I didn't question it, as it was the second time he had given me money. The first, I thought was legit as at the time I did not know of his or my first ban. So ofcourse, I didn't question this second load. I just went and traded the gold for money.

I will however, gladly pay back the full amounts of all the scams. (Even though I sent half of it to my other brother printer56 who had a spaz when he found out i got all that money).

Also, if this is denied could you please override my current ban with "rank scam through brother" as I do not want a lie in my history.

 

Would you care to calmly explain the gold that was dropped to you? I understand that there was some left in a chest, but you still have yet to explain the gold in which was dropped to you and you picked it up. Would you please explain how this happened and you not know about it?

 

I think you are misinformed. The only time there was gold 'dropped' to me was the first time he scammed, and I did not question at the time as I never knew I was banned that time. As I said above, it was over-written by another ban.

 

The "first time he scammed" was two transactions he was caught on and banned. One on 6-2, given you to, and one on 6-4, given to you. This isn't counting the third(current) ban/transaction which you're at now.

 

You have had 3 total instances of scamming/accomplice on your ban history (2 bans). How are we to believe that this will not happen again? What assurance do we have that we can trust you not to wrong more players?

 

I did not realise that the first time was a scam until recently, as the first ban was over written by another ban before I had time to find out! That is why I did not question my brother the second time. It will not happen ever again, I assure you. I will pay back all scam money.

 

As this has been the third incident, I would like to make a deal. This being, I will unban you if you agree that the next time you are banned for scamming (of any kind) you will not be able to appeal. Can you agree to that?

 

I can fully agree to that. there will not be a next time.
