    Bug: another bug bites the dust - effects

    Date of Bug: today is the 16 March 2017

    Summary of Bug: okay so I choose an effect from /h and it works and stuff but went I fly fast it disappears. is it suppose to do that? It should stay forever until you clear it ...or switch worlds or something.

    Yes it's supposed to do that and it will reappear once you've stopped moving

    There's a problem with lag if it stays attached. I know when multiple people around me are wearing wings or capes then my fps goes down to around 5, if it stayed while they were moving I think I'd die
