Alpha Town - /t spawn bov

I am selling the town of bov. Its a great town built out of quartz, emeralds, and black wool. looking to get at least 2-3million. It doesn't come with the spawners but it does have 16 beacons. 4 of those beacons are god beacons.

The Grinder:
The grinder is a skeleton/zombie grinder. Its on 4 plots and the drop is split into 4 plots so you have maximum spawn rates. Its has a on/off switch as well as a killing method switch. You can make it so it automatically kills the mobs and collects the loot or you can make it so the mobs fall to a 1 hit kill and you get xp. There also is a AFK station in the middle of the grinder.

There is a few plots behind the green and blue beacons that a few residence live on that you can not see.

This whole town was built and designed by myself (Ronen101) and BobbyBlueDragon. (Were experts)

Those 2x1 plot areas next to spawn were planned to be areas for parks. I designed all 4 parks (they are all different) and can tpa you to the area where they are in creative. You can put them in there yourself or you can ask me to do it for a little cash.

The 6 houses you see in the picture are prebuilt and empty. The 2 houses with the red and blue beacons do not have houses next to them. Bobby and I can design and built houses to put in those plots for a little more as well. If you like going overboard and think it would be cool to put 6 houses in line with the others; Bobby and I can build you 6 hosues to go there.

One last thing there was plan to put up this huge wall around the whole town. We got lazy and decided we would rather sell the town. We did however design the wall completely and can build it around the town for some .
