Why we should consider your appeal: Because I did not know she was still in my town I thought no one owned the house she owned so I raided it but one day she got on and I was working on the town Theater and I saw people in a house nearby so I went over and I greeted them. They automatically accused me of stealing which I thought was irresponsible of them and they told me that if I didn't give them there stuff they would report me and I would get banned I had no idea what to give them because I couldn't remember what I took it was a long time ago. So than after I got tired of being yelled at by Minyyy and her friend petloverz I gave them 1 warning I was gonna kill petloverz if they wouldnt leave and I asked if she wanted to fight and she said sure so I toggled town pvp and killed her. Than they told me it was against the rules to kill someone without three warnings so I went onto Meepcraft.com and checked the rules and they werent lying so I returned the stuff. After that petloverz left wikth her stuff and then Minyyy told me to give her, her stuff I didnt know what she was talking about because I raided her house a long time ago so I just gave her three warnings (Without Spamming) and counted to 5 (So she could warp away) and she just stood there, So I toggled Town PvP and killed her. Than she said I was gonna get banned for taking her stuff and I still had no idea what she was talking about because I raided that house a long time ago. So yes I did steal from Minyyy but not on purpose, I will return all of the stolen stuff and give Minyy my sincere apology.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Also I would like to apologize to Deinein (I hope I spelled that right, sorry if im wrong) I was being a total jerk to him last night I was just so worked up about being banned and I took it out on other people who I dont even know. I showed no respect to him and I would like to give my sincerest apologies.

 

You are an exclusive, it is not our fault you do not know the rules, nor the commands. You were banned on 4/4/15, since 4/1 at least you could have typed /help, it contains a nearly full listing of towny commands, including /plot perm, which would have told you whose plot you were on.

No you didn't, the rule states you need to provide evidence of your warnings, you haven't, therefor it never happened.
