...is these slime blocks in Airport

Here's how slime block jumps in parkour are meant to work: You have to jump from a certain height on to slime blocks in order to reach a platform that would be too high to reach otherwise.
But in the case of this jump in Airport, you literally don't need to use the bounce from the slime at all. This makes the block useless, they could be any other block and the jump would still be doable.

The easy solution to this is to take off at least 3 ladders from the bottom of the long ladder hanging off the helicopter.
